 How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 3-6 BUSINESS days. Please be sure to check your spam folder and/or search inbox. We are taking extra precautions with Covid and appreciate your patience. Pick up is usually 1-2 days which you will get a ready to pick up confirmation email. 

Was my order received?

Once you place an order on www.theebeautypalacellc.com you will receive a confirmation email with an Order # stating your order has been received. If not the email you entered may have been entered wrong. again, please check the spam and junk folder.

How do I change or cancel my order?

You will need to contact us ASAP in regards to the issue.

My item was stolen, How can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

What happens if my order is returned to the sender?

Once the order is returned to us, we will issue a store credit in the full amount of your order not including the shipping cost.

I received the wrong order or missing item what do I do?

Any order discrepancies MUST be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. The label on your package will be the proof of purchase and it must be presented for ALL discrepancies which includes missing, Wrong and damaged items. You will need to send a picture of the items received, the label on the package, and email those along with the issue to theebeautypalacellc@gmail.com or hit contact us. 

The value of the store credit will be in the amount the item was purchased for Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns Policy

We will accept items for exchange if they were received damaged or defective in any way. If you receive a damaged item, within 24- 72 hours, take a picture of the item(s) and the original packing label for proof of purchase and send us an email at theebeautypalacellc@gmail.com explaining the issue. After we review, we will contact you with details on how to return the item(s) and the process to get your item(s) replaced. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may have cause.

Note: That the refund will be issued in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY minus the shipping fee.
